So Long FarmVille! Thanks For The Fun & Friends

11 Years have flown by, and it is sadly time to bid farewell to our beloved original FarmVille. We've gotten hours and years of fun and frustration. Many of us have made friends that we will keep forever. The loss of FV is big news. We have found several  media articles to share with you & a few memory lane posts of our own as you reflect on the game. Your Dirt Farmer team is also considering ways we can keep a sense of community for you as we all move on to other games and pastimes. What would you like to see? Do let us know and please share

  1. Wow, 2009, I had lost My Dad in April 2009, then cared for and watched my Aunt(who was a Mother to me) pass away in May 2009
:(. I fell into a deep depression. My son kept after me to play Farmville along with him. I wasn't about to know what I was doing. Scared me at first being unsure about all the things there were to do and then he says "oh by the way be careful with that recycle function ... you might delete something you don't want to". lol I have been playing since and now up to the very end! I'd like to thank everyone that befriended me, neighbored me and all those that were faithful in helping me get through the quests by sharing items and by clicking on the many items I needed :) Many thanks to Zynga Support for their assistance when I needed them .... It has been a real stress reliever for me. <3 Sincerely Thankful, Connie

  3. One thing that would be very nice is to maintain the DF Items site and the guides to the farms, so we can go back and reminisce about all the "treasures" we collected over the years.

  6. Please, please keep this site open. It's truly a fantastic reference source. Tho' the game is gone, all your work here is all most of us have left. We aren't ready to say goodbye to this too!!!

  7. I agree, please keep this site up, just as it is! This was my "go-to" site for all questions on Farmville! I had taken screenshots of all my farms EXCEPT England, and I'm still kicking myself.

  8. I also agree to keep this site and the info site open for archive and memory lane purpose, and to conserve all the hours of work the admin have done for the site over the years.
