Our current Leaderboard Challenge started this past Wednesday and will run for another 3 days. The Leaderboards are some of the easiest ways to earn InstaGrows, UnWithers and Super Fertilizers. Our current Limited Edition Crop challenge will see you attempting to harvest 6000 cean Parsnips. Despite their name this is NOT a water crop .It will however take 16 hours to fully grow and can be planted on any farm. Which is NOT the case with our LOCKED Farm Crop. It can only be planted on the new Story of Sakura Farm. The Temari Kyoho is an 8 hour crop and you will need to harvest 300 in order to earn all your rewards.  The current Crafty Challenge will see us try to Make Origami Butterfly in Zen Garden House

We also want to tell you about our next leaderboard challenge that starts next Wednesday. Our Limited Edition Crop will see us harvesting 6000 Sea Squash. It's a 13 hour crop that can be planted on any farm and will be in the market roughly 13 hours before the event goes live. Once again we have a crop with a WATER-ish-Y name that is a land crop. The LOCKED farm crop this coming week will be the 24 minute Handfan Momo Zen Region Crop. We will need 300. The Crafty Challenge will see us attempting to make 12 Origami Crane in Zen Garden House

Community Goals will re-set once again in just a few short hours from now. This extended farm seems to come with more than it's fair share of Community Goal weeks. The Community Goals give you the opportunity to earn Fuel, Turbos, UnWithers, Super Fertilizers and a grand prize. This coming week our ultimate goal will be Free fuel in Story of Sakura for 2 days, and exactly what will we need to do in order to earn these prizes? We just have to Collect 8 Million Japanese Ryo in Story Of Sakura.

We have a GRAPHICS GLITCH to report on this week. Did your Tenjin Matsuri Boat from the Matsuri Festival Farmstand an Book Igloo suddenly turn into a FROZEN POND? Please don't be alarmed...this isn't a Chinese Secret Weapon being released in the South China Sea. We have reported this issue to the Farmville Studio for a fix.

New Farm Stand. The Summer Garden Farmstand went live this past Tuesday and will run until June 11th

Wednesday saw a rare Farmville Treat. A "coin" or rather a JADE Farm expansion. You will need 7,500,000 Jade in order to expand to the 34x34  Lucky Hills

Facebook font does look different. Helvetica has been Facebook's font of choice for a long time, but some keen-eyed users noticed a slight change while browsing their news feeds Friday. Facebook is testing out a new, thinner font for some desktop users, and it's called Geneva.

A new study shows how just looking at a new mother's posting frequency on Facebook can help indicate her current mental health and more posting likely won't be helping the problem. Have you been guilty of giving the guilt trip to a new mom who posts a plethora of newborn photos? You may want to ease off because posting photos, might be that mother's way to cope. On the other hand the research says its not helping her well-being or parental-stress expectations either. Some reported strong emotional responses if they didn't get enough positive comments. A new study published in the journal of Sex Roles appears to indicate that the mommies who post more often on Facebook may suffer from depression compared to those new moms who post less often. This study followed a lot of Facebook mommies and the results were interesting. This is one of the many human interest stories we share through the Dirt Farmer Foundation...We'll drop the link to the story for you here and suggest liking the foundation page so you don't miss those interesting wee little tid bits

We all know that playing Farmville isn't getting any easier these days. Whether Farmville is throttling  access to your friends or the  Facebook newsfeed is hiding them from you it's hard to find help links on the newsfeed.  Add that to the fact that a lot of fellow players have quit and it becomes very challenging to  find help.  That's why you should join one or all of the Dirt Farmers SHARE Groups. Mam-Maw's Trading Post, Quest Help and More, The VOTE HELP Group and GOT SHEEP are link sharing groups where you can find neat items and even get help with common FV activities.  Be sure to ASK to JOIN today and please tell your FV friends about these helpful resources
