Farmville Winter Wonderland Chapter 7 Quests Icon
Expected duration of the quests is from 13th February 2012 to 27th February 2012

Just make sure that when you try to do that on a different farm, you still see the WW quest icon on that other farm... These are just expected quest requirements and hence, the finally released ones might be different too...
Use the Tips, links and other info to plan your way to a successful quest completion within the given time...

Useful Tips and Info:

Well, thats the info about the quests, but we just don't give you info, we provide you with the Dirt for the same... Here is some more info/tips that you can use to make sure you stay ahead when you get these quests...
The best tip would be to not only concentrate on the quest that you are currently on, but to also look at the next 2-3 quests and see if there is anything that you can prepare before-in-hand so that you can make things easier when you actually come to that part of the quests... This saves tons of time and is the proper way to plan for things and show that you are a true master of online farming ;)
More tips and details coming soon... Stay Tuned... ;)

Note: If you complete these quests before time, you do get the option to repeat the quests again to try and win the rewards once more... It is your own choice if you want to continue or not...

Remember to visit our FB page for any doubts, requests, or suggestions, and also share the page with others if you find it helpful...

    4. No one here can ever tell you WHEN the next coin expansion will be. They hae said that a million times.

    5. Yes! 4 more coin expansions available today! Luckily, seeing that we were going to have to plant so many, I saved up. Was able to get the first 3 (up to 350 plots now!) Should be able to get the next one tomorrow. 500,000; 700,000, 900,000 and 1,100,000(28x28) respectively.

  2. Yeah, they're obviously looking to get us to pay for WW expansions... Or FV cash for "instant harvests." last I checked the coin expansions only went to a certain size.
Thank you so much for this site, it really helps us to decide whether pursuing these quests is even worth it... :)

  5. I use all my farms for harvesting crops, I also pre-plant for the next quest if possible, longer growing crops are the best of course, but it seems to be working out pretty good. I find I use instant grow more on the animals to get the master star faster.

  7. I"m taking a guess here, that it's too early to ask for the map pieces, the link just gets me into the game, even if i copy and paste the link and honestly, i am not looking forward to another farm....problem is if you don't do it, you can't do the quests

  15. Well unless they change something before this hits, I'm not doing this one. Too many crops and the prizes aren't worth the effort. I prefer to decide what I grow and how much.

  19. What a bunch of whiners. Zynga better do this and Zynga better do that. Do you really think they give a d@mn whether you play or not? If you complainers can't rise to a challenge, you don't deserve to play.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. whinners....LOL...they are right!! and yes have given zynga more than I will write here....my point being yes they would care if some of us quit!!! the quests are not a challenge in the tiniest way.....in fact they are all but pointless who wants all the junk you get as prizes and as for deserve to play..what is wrong with you???

      Delete
    2. Just look at all the complaining and for what? Zynga rolled out the expansions for coins, exactly the way they intended to. The whining did nothing. Now there is even someone above that the COIN expansions are too much. Just a bunch spoiled little children. And if you are foolish enough to spend that much money on virtual "stuff", then it answers why you believe complaining here is going to do any good. People are having strokes over pictures on their computers.

  21. I think Chapter 7 is the last one for WW. It will be time consuming with all those crops. Looks like they want to stall for time until the nest big release? Farm 5?

    ReplyDelete
  22. This one I do not understand. Anybody????????
They say animals can be done on other farms if you see W/W quest icon. Can crops also be done on other farms and what does the icon look like????
How do you find if it can be done? Carol Adams
I hope you can understand what I am saying?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. WW crops can only be grown on Winter Wonderland. If you go to your Home farm (or English Countryside or Lighthouse Cove) can you see the "bubble" in the upper left that tells you what chapter of the quest you are on? That's the quest icon. If so, it means that any tasks that CAN be done there (like harvest animals) will count toward the quest.

      Delete
    2. Thanks, that means the crops can not be grown anyplace else but Winter Wonderland(W/W). Now can someone explain how I do crops on 400 plots when I need 275 Gingerbread for the first quest, 275 for second quest and 275 for third quest and I need to do them all at once. Do I have to buy a bigger farm????????? That is costly Carol Adams

      Delete
  23. You plant the 275 for the first quest and use the remaining 55 plots on the crop for the second quest. After the first quest crop is harvested you plant 220 plots for the second and 110 for the third. You just keep going like that. Every time you plant you should have crops for two quests on the farm. It helps to write it down on a piece of paper. This is all figuring that you have a farm that has 230 plots on it, which is the largest available right now without using FV$$.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Exactly right. Very easy to accomplish with a little planning. Too many people want "easy". If you want easy, stick with daily planting and harvesting. These are SUPPOSED to require a little effort. Never spent money on FC and and finished every quest I decided that I wanted to participate in. That's the beauty of being an adult -- you get to make your own decisions on how you want to do things. Children waste time blaming others.

    2. Thanks it is hard but can be done. Also does anyone know where party winter squirrel goes? need for 8 and I am almost there. At quest 7 and will be complete this evening, 2-15-2012. Carol Adams

  24. if they dont offer the expansion for coins I am not gonna bother doing this one and if this is the last Quest that will be just fine with me...tired of trying to keep up with these quests

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. If they bother you so much, why bother "keeping up with them"? You must want the rewards. And it's not the end of anything. Very shortly, probably within a month, a fifth farm will be introduced, along with a whole new series of quests. And those won't be mandatory either. This is what FarmVille has developed into, so you either need to get over the fact that will be quests, or start looking or a new game.

  25. I cant get links to work....dont know what im doing wrong!!

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. You're not doing anything wrong. Zynga appears to have found a way to block the links. I am losing neighbors in record numbers now because they relied on those links (the neighbors that had problems posting requests to the feed the way Zynga insists we play these quests). Zynga is one mean-spirited bunch of geeks, in my honest opinion.

      Delete
    2. So why invest your time for a mean-spirited bunch of geeks? Playing the game is your decision, no one elses. Incidentally, getting early access to the links is the result of hacks. I'm not blaming anyone -- most certainly not Dirt Farmer, but that's the fact. All Zynga did was shut down the hack. Players were never intended to start collecting material before a quest goes live. That doesn't make them mean-spirited. Do you lock your doors? You do? You must be mean-spirited too.

      Delete
  26. FarmVille's MAU (monthly average users) is dropping like a rock. They feed this departure by their actions. You must work for Zynga. If you do not like the help we get from these fan sites, then why are you here and why are you defending Zynga?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. I most certainly do not work for Zynga. Why do I defend them? Simple. They provide a game that I can play, on my own terms, for free. Does it make me a little crazy sometimes? Of course.

Re-read my post -- I never said I didn't appreciate the help from fan sites -- in fact I love Dirt Farmer. What I am saying is that people are blaming Zynga for doing exactly what they should be doing and that is protecting their intellectual property. Providing a product that, if people WANT to spend money on, they can. If they choose not to, there is plenty of free content as well.

The problem is that some players get jealous (or whatever) because they see things in the game that they want and get pissed because they can't get it for free. See, here's the thing, customers don't get to set the price on things, businesses do. The customer then decides if they want to pay it or not. Do people stand outside of Kohls, screaming that they want a sweater for free, just because they put in time to drive to the store? They see other people coming out of the store with bags of goods and yell, hey, I want that too, but I don't want to pay for it!!!! That's how ridiculous these gripes are about Zynga.

If Zynga fails as a result of their design, that will be their doing. Pissing and moaning about the game on a third party site, like this one, will have zero effect on that. If people want to vent, let them vent directly at the source and let "help" sites like this one get back to what is was intended for. Insights, tips and a little HUMOR. A wall filled with hundreds of people yapping about everything they hate does nothing to enhance the gaming experience for anyone. If people are that unhappy, they should just leave the game. But do you know why they don't? Because they have become hooked. It would be like taking booze away from an alcoholic.

      Delete
  27. I agree with the writer above who defends Zynga. I was just reading the quest requirements above and realized the quest would take me longer because of the crop requirements, but I didn't panic over it. So what? I love quests! So I have to plant everything twice, big deal. I for one can't believe the immaturity of all the people who bitch and whine over quest requirements, whether or not there will be a coin expansion or not, etc. Get this through your childish skulls: QUESTS ARE OPTIONAL AND THEY ARE FREE!!! YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO QUESTS OR EVEN PLAY FARMVILLE AT ALL! If you can't finish the above in two weeks with 230 plots and your current animal pens, orchards, sweet shop, etc. you are not much of a gamer. Plus you have no patience. It's just Farmville! It takes time. The reward should be your strategy, planning, and eventual completion, not trying to rush through it. Have fun with it! Happy farming!

    2. those of us that have paid a lot of money when fv was awesome are kinda tired of zynga completely destroying the game we have paid for when it was awesome

      Delete
    3. So if it's no longer "awesome" why continue to shell out money? What's that expression? A fool and his money?

And I've been playing the game for almost 3 years. It has always been shaky from a system perspective -- flash games can be that way.

And how have they "destroyed" the game? If you want to plant and harvest and raise animals, you can still do that, just like it was when it was in its awesomeness. You can have a single farm that was, what, 18 x 18?

    4. Coin expansions are now available on the W/W.....

  28. When you lose the ability to post for quest items due to game glitches beyond your control and are unable to complete quests, perhaps then you will understand the complainers. There is a serious lack of reading comprehension. I sympathize with the complainers.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Yes, I have the one and only computer in the whole Farmville universe that doesn't experience game glitches. Let's discuss reading comprehension. Do people read this at the top of the page?

"The DIRT FARMER is your best choice for FV INFO-INSIGHT & HUMOR"

Where does it say to come here with all of your complaining, because surely, by complaining on our fan site (which, by the way, I suspect the folks at Zynga never read and could not care less about)that will solve all of the woes of Farmville?
