Did you take a long break from FarmVille? Stop playing for months or even years? Now you're back and ready to play.. But your farm is gone and your account is back to level one. The horror.... Zynga's terms of service do state that they may delete any account that remains inactive for 180 days, but there is hope. Read below for how to ask Zynga to restore your progress and please share....
Recently, your Dirt Farmer Team has seen a lot of returning players join our ASK the Dirt Farmer group seeking help to restore lost farms that were reset to level one after they stopped playing for a long period of time. We have been reporting these to the Farmville Studio and they have been able to restore most of these players' farms to the state they were in prior to taking a break. Since there have been so many, the Farmville Studio team has published a link on the support site that any player can access and fill out a form to get help with restoring a reset account.
As you can see, all a player whose farm has been reset will need to do is fill in some basic information, name exactly as it appears on the associated Facebook account, Facebook UID and Farmville Game ID (These may not match and there are links below those fields to help you determine what they are) and key dates then click submit. That will send all of your info to the Farmville Studio and they will look into restoring your account.
IMPORTANT NOTE: SHOULD YOU EVER NEED TO USE THIS LINK, YOUR DIRT FARMER TEAM ADVISES THAT YOU KEEP A CLOSE EYE ON THE EMAIL THAT YOU LOG INTO FACEBOOK WITH, INCLUDING THE SPAM FOLDER JUST IN CASE THEY NEED TO CONTACT YOU WITH ANY QUESTIONS.
That's all for now, stay tuned to the Dirt Farmer for all the latest FarmVille news and information.
