If you fenced them in they'd turn around in all different directions …

If you  didn't they'd wander off and hide behind stuff …

We had the cool new building called the stable to put our horses in …

mem4

If you finished it , and were lucky enough to catch a wandering stallion you had a chance at a cute brown foal or even a gray one to share with your friends…

mem12

It was exciting to have a coop full of brown chickens…

mem5

& Gold chickens were the coolest thing to have…

mem1

Each new egg had cool new and different decorations like the hot tub…

Mystery gifts could also be placed…

& It was exciting when there was new stuff in them …

Neighbors names appeared at the borders of your farm…

mem17

Everyone was saving up for coin expansions…

Almost all of the available animals were from the free gifts page…

Or wandering around lonely waiting to be claimed from the feed…

The camera didn't have any filters…

You worked so hard to save up a million coins to buy a mansion…

mem2

There were no storage cellars, but you could store 6 items in a barn…

mem8

Mystery eggs could be placed on your farm…

mem15

And they gave a cool magical poof when you opened them…

mem7

Everything was built with nails bricks and boards…

mem21

You had to feed your puppy every day for 2 weeks or it would run away. When you were done it followed you around…

pup2

We had Dairy Barns instead of pastures & you needed a bull for a chance at a calf…

mem18

We only had one farm, but we had plenty of room to decorate…

mem3

& if it took a few days to build something, it was no big deal, you had at least a month before the next big thing came along…

mem16

We got the first holiday tree and all the neat stuff inside…

mem19

The first LE themes UFO and Halloween 2009…

You begged neighbors NOT to send you gifts since there was so little to choose from, they got overwhelming…

mem14

You had to chase varmints off neighbors farms when you visited them…

mem13

Like Foxes….

Raccoons….

and Gophers….

We pranked our neighbors by toilet papering their barns….

  1. We actually had time to visit neighbors farms and hang out on feed to help each other . . . now we cannot possibly get to all our own farms in one day let alone visit a neighbors farm . . . . but I must admit I am a farmville addict and play it non stop . . . quitting all other games to concentrate on this one
